1. The “Soft Power” Workbook (Downloadable)

2. Monthly Empowerment Drops
Stay nourished beyond the workshop! Each month, receive a digital care package with new tools, practices, and journal prompts to help you maintain momentum as you soften, lead, and love on your own terms.
3. Marshaun’s Deep Connection & Discernment Deck: “See Me, Know Me”
This exclusive card deck is your tool for going beyond surface-level conversations—both with yourself and with the man in your life. Each card offers a powerful, thought-provoking question designed to spark meaningful dialogue, emotional intimacy, and truth-telling. Whether you’re dating, deepening a bond, or deciding if he’s truly for you, this deck helps you shift from performing to being—and from wondering to knowing.
4. Cardio Hip Hop Reset (with Candice): Follow, Flow & Feel Free
In this high-energy, joy-filled session, you’re not the one leading the room—you’re here to follow, to flow, and to feel. Leave your titles and to-do lists at the door. This is your space to let your guard down, laugh out loud, sweat freely, and experience what it means to just be—without performing or proving.
Reignite your rhythm, reconnect with your body, and burn calories while softening control.
Because sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do… is follow someone else's lead and enjoy the ride.
5. Release Your Armor: The Walking Experience (with Marshaun)
Take a deep breath and step outside. This special walk is just for Black women leaders who need a break from being “on” all the time. As you walk at a relaxed pace—alone but surrounded by other boss women like you—you’ll breathe deeper, think clearer, and return to yourself.
You’ll enjoy the sunshine on your skin, write down any thoughts that come up, and feel free to laugh or cry. As you walk, answers may come to you. New ideas might flow. That’s the magic of being in nature and giving yourself time to pause.

MEET YOUR COACHES
Candice ‘Coach C’ Miles — a Texas-raised, San Diego-living leadership coach who turned my own identity journey into a mission to help women show up fully at work and in life. After meeting my dad’s side of the family at 33 and navigating a tough 4.5-month work investigation, I learned the power of setting boundaries, leading with confidence, and saving yourself when no one else will. With over a decade of experience leading teams and driving culture change in corporate and startup spaces, I know what it takes to lead with both heart and strategy. Now I coach first-time leaders to stop performing, start owning their voice, and lead like they actually belong in the room because they do.
I became the me I needed so you don’t have to lead from a place of survival anymore.
Marshaun Olaniyan — a Shift Relationship Strategist and 2x Amazon Best Selling author who helps Black professional women transform how they think, love, and show up in relationships. Through her books, digital courses, and coaching, she equips women with the tools to stop self-sabotaging and create the love life they deserve.
A divorced woman who overcame bankruptcy and emotional setbacks, Marshaun’s mission is deeply personal. She empowers Black women to heal, choose better partners, and co-create relationships—and lives—they’re proud of. Her work is about breaking generational cycles and guiding women to lead with confidence, authenticity, and faith.
Together, we’re blending mindset, emotional freedom, feminine power, and real-time tools to guide you toward a new way of living and loving.
Let’s do this work together—your softness is not a weakness. It’s your superpower.
